Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort, Parwanoo

My stay at Moksha Resort was truly exceptional. The staff, especially Miss Prabhjot, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The picturesque views and serene ambiance made for a relaxing getaway. However, I felt that the food menu could use a bit of variety to enhance the dining experience and justify the higher price point.

Moksha offers stunning views and spacious rooms, but it has its drawbacks. The property is beginning to show its age and the dining options could be more varied. While the service can be slow, especially during peak times, the general experience can still be enjoyable if guests manage their expectations regarding connectivity and facilities.

My stay at the resort was overall a mixed experience. The stunning views and luxurious infinity pool were definitely highlights, making it a perfect mountain retreat. However, the service quality fell short of the expectations for a five-star property, particularly with communication and follow-up on requests. While the room was spacious and the bathroom was impressive, some areas of the resort could use a bit of upkeep.
